appetizer experiementation

prosciutto wrapped asparagus--a little over cooked

red wine sauteed mushrooms with goat cheese on polenta circles--only good when warm

mushroom crostini--shrooms sauteed with white wine, butter and garlic, sprinkled with parm. second day i added pesto and i think it tasted better.

i saw a pretty skirt with a similar scallop pattern. too bad it cost to much for me to purchase...so instead i made a fictional invitation inspired by it. yeah, i am odd.
