appetizer experiementation

prosciutto wrapped asparagus--a little over cooked

red wine sauteed mushrooms with goat cheese on polenta circles--only good when warm

mushroom crostini--shrooms sauteed with white wine, butter and garlic, sprinkled with parm. second day i added pesto and i think it tasted better.
