today i had the pleasure of visiting frank lloyd wright's first home in oak park, illinois. he also designed a number of homes in the area as well as some public buildings. i had forgotten most of my architectural history, but i got a little refresher. i think my favorite part of his homes are the windows. he has some great patterns! i wonder how much it costs to buy a wright designed home...

the downside of today was that it was a humid 100+. ugh! i only took a few pictures, i'll see if any turned out well later on.
